100BON rejects the idea of the ‘star’ designer who knows everything and does everything, preferring instead to bring together an alchemy of ideas and energies around a single project.

The result of federative thinking, the horizontal organisation in which everyone participates in the creative process and in the development of the label has become the signature of the 100BON workshop, as much as its ethical and accessible fragrances which place the ingredient above all else, with sustainable development at the heart of everything.

Based on the observation that almost all avant-garde movements are born of collectives, 100BON is exploring the democratisation of a more ‘participative’, more inclusive, more open and more accessible perfumery.

In the spirit of a Creative Lab, 100BON is ushering in a new creative era that is much more democratic and collective, where the key word is co-creation.
