Delivery

What are your delivery times and methods?

We offer different delivery methods tailored to your needs (standard Colissimo home delivery or pick-up at a relay point). 100BON prepares your orders within 7 business days and then delivers within 48 hours. Find out more about delivery times here.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fees depend on the country, the shipping method, and the order amount. Consult our delivery rates here.

Do you deliver internationally?

100BON ships to many European countries (Belgium, Spain, Italy, etc.) as well as outside the European Union (United Kingdom). The complete list and prices are available on our delivery page.

Is delivery free with 100BON?

Delivery is free on our 100BON website for orders over 75€ in France and 100€ in Europe. Find out more aboutdelivery prices here.

Can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can also go to the “Account” tab to track your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

At 100BON, we offer two payment options: express payment (if you haven't created an account on our site) or standard payment. For express payment, you can pay for your order in three ways: PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

For standard payment, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB and (see for the rest).

Is the payment secure?

Yes, online payments are secure. All bank details are protected using secure banking protocols (3D Secure, Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode).

When is payment debited?

For a single payment by bank card, your account is debited as soon as the order is placed on the 100BON website.

Can I use a gift card to pay for my order?

Yes, you can use the 100BON digital gift card as a payment method on the website. Enter the code when paying for your order, and it will be automatically deducted from your total basket amount.

Returns

Can I return an opened perfume?

We do not accept opened products. Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

We also do not accept returns of products where the blister pack has been opened. You may return your products no later than fourteen days after your decision to withdraw.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and validated by the 100BON team, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

When we process your refund, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is completed. If you paid by credit card, the processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Loyalty program

How does the loyalty program work?

The 100BON loyalty program allows you to accumulate points for every euro spent. You can accumulate points based on your actions: for example, you earn 50 points if you leave a review on a product.

Your points balance is available in your customer account under the Club 100BON tab.

How do I use my 100BON loyalty points?

Our 100BON loyalty program offers you points thresholds to reach to benefit from discounts. There are 3 tiers to reach: Initiate, Expert, and Ambassador. 150 points = Delivery fees

200 points = 10% promotional code

350 points = 20% promotional code

500 points = 25% promotional code
