Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Metropolitan France: Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 48 hours.
• Colissimo home delivery: €7.50 for any order under €75, free for orders of €75 or more.
• Colissimo delivery to a pickup point: €5.50 for any order under €75, free for orders of €75 or more.

Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the country.
• Standard home delivery: €9.50 for any order under €100, free for orders of €100 or more.


United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria: Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the country.
• Standard home delivery: €11.50 for any order

Italy: Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the country.
• Standard home delivery: €15.00 for any order


Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the country.
• Standard home delivery: €12.50 for any order


Greece, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Turkey : Orders are processed within 7 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the country.
• Standard home delivery: €16.50 for any order

Our delivery policy is subject to change for certain products or special offers. In such cases, the correct price is the delivery price displayed when the cart is validated.  We do our best to ship orders placed before 11 am on the same day, but during peak periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may be extended to 3 business days.

Returns
