I love your products but I am upset because there was one item missing from my order: the little gold funnel. This is not correct because I paid for it!
Warm but not overpowering scent, it seems to disappear quickly but loved ones still smell it several hours later
Very happy with the packaging, very protective for the glass refill, however the funnel ordered was missing to facilitate handling.
