"One of my greatest passions is pastry, a field that requires meticulousness and patience. Creative at heart, I like to revisit the classics by drawing inspiration from my olfactory knowledge. Recently, I added the sweetness of Tonka bean to a vanilla crème brûlée, giving it a more gourmand, warm and creamy aspect. Tonka and Almond is the reflection of this elegant delicacy with a harmonious trail."
