My name is Lisa, I was born in the south of France where I grew up in a family of sportsmen. I started judo and dance at the age of four and got my black belt in judo at 18. - How to start yoga ? What equipment should I have ?
Yoga can be started at any time and at any age. You just need to adapt your practice with a yoga style and a teacher that suits you.

- What are the different practices and for whom ?
There are many practices, but we can simply remember that there are soft practices such as hatha and yin yoga, dynamic practices such as vinyasa and ashtanga and “personalized” practices such as pre/postnatal yoga, women’s yoga…

- Why do you like yoga ?
I love yoga because it’s a time where I let my body move as it needs to, where I take time to breathe and forget about my day. Sometimes I like to do postures that will challenge me and sometimes just a meditation on my mat.
- How did you get started ?
I started by trying several styles and several teachers to understand which yoga to choose according to my needs and my feelings on my mat.

- How to introduce yoga into your daily routine ?
You can start by rolling out your mat for 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a week and then maybe every morning to wake up your body before starting the day or 10 minutes in the evening to let the energy and pressure of the day go down and let the body relax before going to bed.

What does 100BON mean to you ?
For me, 100bon is like a bubble of happiness. For a few minutes, I close my eyes and take the time to breathe and appreciate the moment thanks to the fragrances.
