J'ai reçu ma commande avec un peu de retard car l'un des flacons était cassé. Cela semble être dû au manque de soin dans le traitement de mon colis par la Poste. Cependant, après avoir contacté le service client, ils ont rapidement renvoyé ma commande avec un emballage plus sécurisé. Finalement, j'ai bien reçu ma commande. Merci beaucoup au service client de 100Bon pour leur réactivité et leur assistance.

Je vaporise un peu de lâcher prise avant chaque soins car je suis esthéticienne et les gens adorent, ils se sentent déjà apaisés avant le début du soin.

point négatif je ne retrouve pas l odeur dans tous les formats acheté comme la recharge ou spray. vu sur d'autres avis aussi. j ai vidé mon diffuseur en un mois car j ai utilisée tous les bâtonnets d un coup donc je serais plus économe sur les suivants que j ai racheté ,)

He wanted to bring a new vision of perfume, "often perceived as too expensive, intrusive or associated with the luxury sector, which explains why only 1/3 of Europeans use it regularly" , he explains.
